Montgomery claims final berth for 2019 BC Men’s Championship

Team Montgomery claimed the final berth for the 2019 BC Men’s Curling Championship, presented by Barkerville Historic Town & Park and Nufloors, over the weekend of January 11 to 13 at Lillooet Curling Club.

Seven teams from across the province met in Lillooet to vie for the final spot. Victoria’s Jason Montgomery, Cameron de Jong, Miles Craig and Will Duggan came out on top after securing three points in an extra end to beat Vernon’s Team Longworth (Mark Longworth, Michael Longworth, Rob Nobert, John Slattery) by a score of 9-6.
